At Brook Farm we champion traditional farming values when it comes to all our produce.
We believe the best results are achieved by thoroughness and attention to detail. Our animals are respected and cared for as individuals, growing slowly on traditional grass-based diets. The meat is hung in whole sides for the optimum time (beef-min 21 days/lamb 10 days) to develop its flavour and ensure exceptional tenderness.

Our apple orchard is maintained by hand using our in-depth knowledge of our heritage varieties. With our extensive practical experience we continue to grow superb traditional apples producing mouth watering juices.
Being a small farm we can supply true provenance, traceability, the highest welfare for our stock and have a positive impact on our local environment.
